1. What is Bharat Guide Services?

Bharat Guide Services is the Guide service provider which enhances your travel experience with our professional and experienced tour guides. Our Guided Tours makes your travel to India more fruitful and memorable. Our Experienced guides Connect you with India’s rich Culture, tradition and history.

2. What types of tours do you offer?

- We provide guided tour which includes Adventure Guided Tours, Cultural Guided Tours, Historical Guided Tours, Pilgrimage Guided Tours etc.

3. Are your tours customizable?

- No, we provide fixed guided tour where the customization is not possible. It has been designed such a way that you can get most of it.

4. What is included in the tour package?

- All our tours are more focused on guided tours and about the tour inclusion, apart from guide you can check the other Inclusions in inclusions part available on each tour itinerary.

5. How experienced are your tour guides?

- Our Guides are qualified and have Gov. approved guide licence and have experience about 5 to 10yrs in this field and have deep knowledge about India’s History, Tradition and culture.

6. What is the cancellation policy?

- Bharat guide services provides booking cancellation for your convenience but we charge a nominal fee at the time of cancellation of your booking.

7. Do you offer travel insurance?

- No, We at Bharat Guide Services do not offer travel Insurance.

8. How do you ensure the safety of travelers?

- Safety of our customers is our top most priority. To ensure their safety we have trained Guides and our team is 24hrs in touch with the customers for their safety and to help any time during the tour. We ensure background check of each of our guide before they join Bharat Guide Services with local police and related authorities.

9. What is the best time of year to visit IINDIA?

- India is known for its Rich Culture, Tradition and history. India is the Country where tourists can visit any time throughout the year. It has places In Mountain like Himachal, Ladakh and Kashmir which gives you relief during the summers. It has coastal areas Like Goa, Mumbai, Andaman, Kerala, Trivandrum and Rajasthan which is suitable to visit in winters.

10. Do you offer group discounts?

- No, We at Bharat Guide Services do not offer such discounts.

11. Can you accommodate special dietary requirements or restrictions?

- No.

12. Are your tours suitable for children or seniors?

- Yes, it is suitable for Children and/or seniors.

13. What is the average group size on your tours?

- Every 1 Guide can entertain maximum 6 Guests (Including Kids above 6yrs and below 12 yrs and adults).

14. How far in advance should I book a tour?

- You can make a future Booking till up to 6 Months only from the current date.

15. Do you offer transportation to and from the airport?

- Yes, as per the request we provide transportation as well.
